Perhaps you should consider the possibility that just because there's a monkey involved that that does not necessarily mean it's "racist as fuck".

A chimp was shot that week. That's recent news. Pretty common fodder for editorial cartoons. The idea that a chimp wrote the bailout bill is not hard to follow considering what some people think of the bill. The problem is that Obama didn't write the thing, many people working together wrote the thing, and that ball had even started rolling before Obama was in office. Only the hardline republicans who are currently throwing their little tantrums and trying to blame Obama for everything up to and including global warming would dare imply that Obama was the sole author.

So, without any direct link between Obama specifically, it's not a racist cartoon and you should stop working so hard to find reasons to get bent out of shape.

If you want tolerance and understanding you'd better be able to make use of some yourself first.
