But like all things viral, there are occasional mutations.

So, I'm presenting a mutated version of this meme.

The problem with Live Journal is that we all think we are so close, but really, we know nothing about each other. So tell me something about yourself that I probably don't know, and ask me something about myself that you are curious about. Then post this in your LJ and find out what people don’t know about you.

I'll give you three, actually. I have never gone to college, but every other year or so I go to some institute of higher learning and ask for a curriculum, financial aid papers, and information about scholarships. I fill out all the paperwork, and just before I sign my name, I get a panic attack, look at the time, and say "Actually, I just remembered I have somewhere important to be. Would it be alright if I take these home and return later?" I then just shove them in a drawer until the next time I clean that drawer out.

I pride myself on my sense of humor, but I developed it as a means of hiding who I am and what I feel from others. Now I can incorporate my sense of humor into being myself and interacting with others properly, but if you see me trying to hard and for too long of a period of time, it's probably because I feel like shit.

Last thing: I care more about what others think of me than I think of myself, yet when others compliment me, and it happens a lot, unless it's someone I'm good friends with, I think they're just bullshitting me to make me feel better and I end up feeling worse. I have a lot of trust and self-image problems, obviously. I'm quick to trust SOME people, don't ask me why, but most people I'm incredibly weary of.

I would like to know how you and lissy-face met. I like sappy stuff like that :3

That one is easy, we met on a local radio stations chat room. Didn't intend on going out but we met, hit it off, and have been together ever since.
