another censored blog entry

I'm going to keep posting my responses to Heart's blog here, because the stuff is too strong to let pass without comment. Tonight's entry was down checked sometime today, on this blog post about rather notorious gender theorist J. Michael Bailey. I find it odd she is choosing this guy as just another martyr of the Transsexual rights radicals (how she characterizes them, if not her words.) If you don't know who this guy is, google is your friend mkay?

My response:


I wouldn’t go as far as to do anything like the actions described in the article, but I vigorously oppose his views and his research methods. He is a proponent of the view that I am either a gay man who is so attracted to straight men that I can’t stand not being able to get them, or a fetishist who is obsessed with the thought of sex as a female. He totally writes off FtM’s.

Please note here, the difference between being in tune with my body (including the way in which I have intimate relations with my spouse) and having a fetish about it. I hope that every person that reads this is generally satisfied about their body, in a general way at least.

His “cure” for MtF people? Forcing them to obey their birth sex’s Gender Role. Because making people conform always fixes their problems.
