Why would you force a 14 year old to give birth prematurely, then feed her to dogs and abandon the child?

This is not the first story that I've seen along these lines, and it's not just in Muslim countries. When things like this are going on every day, don't tell me there is no news to report other than what Brittney is doing, don't tell me that there aren't things that need to be heard and understood about the world. There is enough going on in the US that there should NEVER be a slow news day. There is more than enough need for CNN and things like it, but instead of filling that need they shovel the same crap over and over and over.

THIS IS WRONG.
These things MUST be heard, and we have to do something. I don't know what yet, I don't know how yet, but THIS. IS. WRONG.

I've no real clue how to start. If it were something local or even inside the us I could figure out where to at least send a letter, call, do something. Given that it's in a completely different country, which speaks a completely different language, and has a completely different culture... I don't know how to start going about making a difference.
